windows mouse clicking popup menus

I just started tinkering around with vista. Sometimes when I try to click on popup menus EX in internet explorer when i get a popup for the information bar
it wont reconize what i am clicking. It will highlight the button, but the process does not execute. Authough i can tab through the buttons and it works just fine
This is with a logitech mouse by the way

Assuming you have investigated all possibilities of having the correct driver for the input device, file a report with Microsoft.

I had this problem as well, was unable to clcik on the X to close the popup, and alt-F4 wouldn't even close it..had to whack it in task manager
